There are stray cats everywhere in Morocco. As I was looking over my pictures from my time here in Morocco, I have taken tons of pictures of cats while I have been here. So, I thought I’d do a blog post with my pictures of various cats from my travels throughout Morocco.

  • Goats in the Trees

A couple of weeks ago, I traveled by bus from Marrakech to Essouria. On the way there, I saw goats in the trees. Yes, actual goats who had climbed up to the top of argan trees where they were eating the nuts from the trees. I had heard of goats climbing the trees before in the south of Morocco, but thought that it was not true. It was amazing to see the goats comfortably navigating the limbs of the trees.

  • Yallah… the Petit Taxi Culture

What do you mean you will not take me to Agdal? Aren’t you a cab driver? Your cab is empty? Don’t you want to pick up passengers? These are common questions that I ask myself on a daily basis as I am attempting to hail a petit taxi cab in Rabat or other cities in which I visited during my time here in Morocco.

  • To Give or Not to Give…

Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

    2 Corinthians 9:7

Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.

    Luke 6:38

  • Voyage to North Morocco

I only have about a week left in Morocco. I want to spend the rest of my time seeing parts of the country that I have not visited before so this past week, I traveled to Tangier and Chefchaouen in the North. Both cities were extremely beautiful and peaceful. They were both touristy but had a sort of charm to them. I feel like I took the best pictures on this trip. This post I get to share all of the wonderful sites I have seen during this trip as my pictures really reflect how pretty everything really is!
